Last night the Lord Steward died from the incurable wounds he suffered to his body and his spirit during his battle to defeat Richard, Doom of Fools. He was found slumped in his chair the next morning by the librarian, Rhyssa. The healer that attended to Lord Engval stated that there was nothing he could do for him. The internal wounds he suffered from his contact with the vortex would not heal, even with the strongest of magic and elixers.
